We’re working on reducing the impact our work has on the environment.
In September 2006 we had an eco audit that was sponsored by the City Bridge Trust. The audit helped us to work out how to measure the environmental impact of our work and helped us to set aims to reduce the impact. The audit looked at:

Carbon dioxide is a gas that's produced when certain types of energy are made or used. It can damage the environment.
The government are encouraging everyone to monitor and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide their activity results in. This amount is called a carbon footprint and is measured in kilograms or tonnes.
In 2005 to 2006 our carbon footprint was estimated to be 2,197 tonnes by 3 Acorns, an independent environmental consultancy. Every year we will try to reduce this and put in place clear targets.
We can do a lot without spending extra money and some of the work could even save us money.
We will start by focusing on the activities that will save us money, such as:
