RNID: For deaf and hard of hearing people.

The aim of the course was to assist both employed and unemployed people to successfully manage their personal finances.
Money Management in Omagh, organised by ETSS

One of the students, John Hannigan, commented that the course has helped him to better understand some of the language used in the world of money management.  John said:

"From ATM [automated teller machine] to SO [standing order] - I didn't know what most of these meant until the Money Management course."

The course was accredited by NCFE and delivered by the Workers' Educational Association (WEA).  It was held at the Leonard Cheshire 'Get Going' offices at Anderson House in Omagh.  This is just one example of how ETSS is working in partnership with other organisations in order to deliver an effective service to deaf and hard of hearing people everywhere.
