ETSS also works closely with businesses and organisations across Wales to ensure that deaf and hard of hearing people have equal access to employment. ETSS offers a range of training packages to help employers and staff understand and meet the needs of deaf and hard of hearing customers and employees, as well as give them skills and confidence to communicate effectively.
Sharon Brookes, ETSS Regional Manager says: "Job clubs are a great way for deaf and hard of hearing job seekers to get together and feel empowered to find employment. Kathy Brown, Community Relations Manager, Barclays says: "We are delighted to support the RNID Job Club. This innovative and exciting project will help to make a positive, significant and lasting difference to the lives of many deaf and hard of hearing people in the South Wales area."
