Hello pat, sorry to hear about your mother.Pincess Diana made everyone awere about people who is deaf. I was deaf since I was 6 months old which left my left hearing party deaf and right ear totally deaf, which don't bother me if I make people aware that I am deaf and need to face to me when speaking while I lip-read. I am currently learning to sign language for myself and my volunrly work with Cheshire Search and Rescue team. soory about my spelling.
