I've tried using a tinnitus relaxer but my partner isn't happy with the noise - what can i do?

I generally use the relaxer at bedtime and when I'm really stressed. But I think bedtime is the worst for my partner.

You can buy pillows with speakers in that you can plug into a relaxer
