I have to admit I don't know the answer to this question, I think you would have to ask your GP. But surely it would be best to get the flu jab anyway. The flu is a lot more serious than tinnitus. I get tinnitus constantly and know it can be annoying, but I still think it is worth the risk. But if you are really worried, then talk to your GP, and see what they advice. As there has not been a lot of people answering, it might be a good idea to put what your GP says onto this forum for others to read. Sorry I haven't been much help.
