pokemon151's question

I've had this ringing for years now and never though anything about it. I'm 41. As i'm sitting here i get the ringing and before i go to sleep, hence sleeping with soft music in the backround. As i'm having a full body MOT i'll mention it to Doc.

There are no FDA approved treatments for Tinnitus meaning that a lot of treatments claiming to be effective have not been passed for medical usage, and so theyre efficacy is more dubious.

I would recommend that you listen to maskers or relaxing music to help you sleep, as this will reduce your anxiety and stress, which in the long run will improve management of your tinnitus.
