- i started getting tinnitus a few months ago, it seems to be on the left side but when it gets really loud it seems to be all over,it is a loud whistling, the worst it has been was last night when it woke me at 3 in the morning, it was so loud it really scared me , my gp has put me on 75mg of dosulepin ,can any one help, andrew.
