OK, I see this was left on 26 Jan. Are you still there?

First off - don't give up. It can get better, there are treatments that help. Go to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. Talk to the doctor about Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. Google it - there's good, solid research to say that this really can help.

Second - you want the forums, not the question area. Go to www.rnid.org.uk/community/forums/tinnitus. The site design here is not good, there are many more people there than here.

Don't give up. People get big improvements. I did. I can hardly hear it anymore, sometimes it's silent. Don't give up.
