My tinnitus is some three months old, mild, and began after a syringing.

I have now started taking 2 40-mg tablets of GB everyday.

What's the recommended dosage anyway? I wouldn't want to take too much of it.

Hi,the birmingham univ trial dosage was 50mg 3 times a day,if you are taking any others meds
then check with your doc first.

Nearly 1000 took part in the Ginko trial,it was shown to be no better than placebo ie taking
sugar pills was just as likely to help your tinnitus.
Curiously this failure hasnt dented the urban myth
that Ginko helps tinnitus, as i have said here before
at least Ginko is cheap compared with the snake-oil
stuff that is for sale on the net.
