Hi i see a craniosacrial therapist who specializes in tinnitus,and everytime i visit i promise you he reduces the volume from 10 to around 2 its such a refief for me i cant tell you,he says im discharging nervious energy and thats what its all about,i would travel to the moon to get some relief,so my advice is find one,what have you got to lose,Jonny

Everytime I see my cranial sacral therapy, I get noise reduction. Problem is, I can't afford to get the therapy as often as I'd like.

Jonny, could you ask your cranial sacral therapy why he or she thinks that discharging nervous energy causes T, and how does one stop that on one's own?
Just before the onset of T, I doodled a head with lots of jutting energy waves out of it...so I think instinctively I know what your therapist is saying...but would love to have further clarification.

First af all MR SNAKE OIL will you please stop with your negative comments all the time,im telling you the truth i was there yesterday and i went home in silence,yes its back this morning but there are resons for this,if you punch up Julian cowan hill on utube he will explain the tinnitus system and why its a temporary state,at the moment he is teaching me how to switch it of myself its hard work mentaly but i will get there,listen i have been everywhere and this form is the only thing that has helped me so im sticking with it,Jonny

To Philippa,you see you had a noise reduction,Julian cowan has an e book out it cost £10 its harder work doing it on your own,but but it can be done,also if you live in the london area you can see him ill also pay for two sessions for you no joke and he will get you on the right track.Jonny

Its snake oil. This fellow is not a neuroscientist, he's not an ENT, he's not a medical doctor and he does not have a PhD in anything. He's just some guy who's come up with his own unproven theory of tinnitus.

Btw I'm suspicious that the person posting as "Jonny" is Julian Cowan himself.
