can other sounds just appear for no reason whats so ever! I just laid down to go to bed and there is a new sound! I have been feeling quite anxious about my T for the last week, but i dont know if I am making these sounds u in my head!

Another thing is why is my sinus's are blocked all the time! I am realying on sudafed to keep them clear, could this be making it worse? I have had problems like this for about a year, and my nose never seems to be clear. ALso my ears pop ALL the time? Can anyone help?

It is true that new sounds can appear (and sometimes disappear). A low hum in my left ear has recently made its presence felt again joining other sounds that are constant and more prominent.

But the good news is that the brain can adjust to tinnitus that consists of a number of sounds just like it can pure tone tinnitus.

I can't help you with your other question though. But I suspect that a visit to a GP/ENT might be a good idea.

Hi, blocked sinuses cat make T much worse, sooner you get your Gp to sort that out the better your T will get.
Sometimes I heat a high pitched squeel, so loud I look around thinking everyone around me can hear it. But it's in my head.
My T has recently split into two slightly different pitches of noise. No idea why.

tomahames I have the same thing, sometimes new sounds start and i cant get rid of them. I also have blocked sinuses and my ears are blocked all the time i have been described sudaphedrine by i'm trying a herbal remedy called plantago, plantain lance leaf extract which is sipposed to help so im keeping up wit that altho it has done nothing so far. your blocked sinus might be making the new tinnitus noises coz of the fluid in the eustachian tubes causes pressure.
