I just read an article on the Telegraph website that scientists have used gene therapy to grow new ear hair cells in mice. This is new breakthrough as it was thought that hair cells could not be regrown.

It gives a bit of hope for all those with sound or age induced hearing loss -- science is making new breakthroughs every day

Yes this is cool. I beleive very much in science. We need the religious nuts who whinge about stem cell research and the like to sod off really so this can be pushed forward.
