Pendean Court is a purpose-built home that provides a home for life for nine deaf adults aged 18 to 60 who have physical and learning disabilities. We can also provide a stepping-stone to more independent living.
Support
We offer support based on the needs of each individual. This includes:
- 24 hour staff cover, all year round
- highly trained staff
- total communication environment
- comprehensive individual support plans
- regular review meetings
- key workers for each service user.
Accommodation
This detached house was developed in partnership with Habinteg Housing Association. It is in a quiet residential development near the centre of Liskeard and is close to shops, a leisure centre and other local amenities. There are good public transport links to neighbouring areas.
