This service offers supported living for one deafblind adult with mental health and high support needs who has moved on from residential care. We help this individual to achieve independence by offering support and focusing on life skills and integration to the local community. This service was built around the needs of the user to enable them to return to their hometown and to be close to family.
Our staff team provide 24 hour support on a one-to-one basis. All staff have received specialist training recognising the needs of the individual service user.
This two bedroom flat is in a quiet residential location close to the town, major bus routes and the railway station. We support the individual to hold their own tenancy agreement for this property.
