This sheltered housing scheme offers support to deaf and deafblind people with a range of needs from learning disabilities to mental health.
Support
Housing related support is based on the needs of the individual. Our staff are based in an office on-site and provide cover seven days a week from 8am-7.30pm with out of hours emergency on-call service.
Accommodation
A mix of deaf and hearing tenants live within this large supported housing complex located in the Ashton area of Preston. We currently provide support to people in 12 self-contained flats. Some communal facilities are also available including a lounge for socialising and laundry room.
