Pennard Court offers long-term, semi-independent housing for 12 deaf people who are able to live independently, with the occasional support of a warden. Support is provided by our team of community support workers.

We offer varying levels of support that are based on the needs of each person.

Accommodation

Pennard Court is a warden-controlled facility with 34 self-contained flats for deaf and hearing tenants. There are 26 single and nine double units, plus one double unit with wheelchair access. This service has been developed in partnership with Knightstone Housing Association.
