St James Park Road is a national service offering supported living for one deafblind adult with learning difficulties, high support needs and challenging behaviour, who has moved on from residential care. We help them to achieve independence by offering support, and focusing on life skills and integration into the local community.

Support

We offer flexible support based on the needs of the tenant. There is 24 hour staff cover, all year round, providing one-to-one support. Staff receive specialist training in learning difficulties, physical intervention and lone working.

Accommodation

This two bedroom bungalow is in a quiet residential location close to the town, major bus routes and the railway station. You can walk to the beach and all of the seafront amenities. The resident holds an individual tenancy agreement.
