Our main vision within Communication Services is to work towards a world in which people who are deaf and hard of hearing can easily access a choice of high quality communication services tailored to their specific requirements on an affordable basis. We aim to be the provider of choice for our external and internal customers by providing a reliable, competitively priced, high quality service through trained and committed staff.
Communication Services within RNID has developed clear business objectives, which are monitored and measured through a set of financial and efficiency indicators. Management commitment is shown through this Quality policy and the setting of these objectives. These objectives are achieved through the maintenance and continual improvement of a documented Quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
Through on-going strategic planning and effective systems and processes, our aim is to satisfy the needs and expectations of all our customers.
The Quality policy is communicated to all staff and is found on RNID intranet and noticeboards at each of our main locations.
To drive continual improvement, this Quality policy and related objectives are agreed and reviewed by the management team through regular management review meetings.
