Job Centre Plus Surrey and Sussex, Job Centre Plus Hampshire and Isle of Wight
A part of the Department of Work and Pensions, Job Centre Plus serve two client groups, people of working age looking for employment and employers seeking to recruit staff. Job Centre Plus are responsible for managing claims and payment of Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support and Incapacity Benefit and other health related benefits.
A comprehensive employment service is offered to employers as well as advice on training, rates of pay, equal opportunities and employing people with disabilities. A number of channels are used to deliver these services including face to face advice at local offices, email, the internet and telephone.

Eden Supported Housing Ltd (Mansfield Region)
Eden Supported Housing Ltd is a supported living provider for people with disabilities, they are committed to supporting people to enjoy as full and independent lives as possible within the community, through person-centred approaches and individual support and care services.
In the Mansfield region they have a supported living project, managed by a deaf Team Manager, specifically for disabled/deaf and hard of hearing people with additional disabilities. The five tenants live independently in their own apartments, and are supported in their everyday living by deaf and hearing Community Support Workers. Eden Supported Housing aim to enable all tenants to fulfil their potential, make positive choices and have control over their lives and futures.

True Lovers Knot
An award winning public house/restaurant/hotel and caravan/camping club campsite with gardens and children's play area. Set in the stunning and romantic Dorset countryside, the True Lovers Knot seriously considers the accessibility requirements of all its customers and offers some unique solutions to its customers accessibility needs. Local legend also recounts the origin of the premises' name and claims the rooms are still haunted by the ghost of a former landlord.

A busy family practice providing primary health care to patients. Its range of services includes clinics for asthma, diabetes, hypertension, weight management, well woman minor surgery, child health, clinics, maternity care and health education.

Bedford Borough Council - Corn Exchange Complex
The Bedford Corn Exchange complex is a multi-purpose performance and meeting rooms venue that offers maximum versatility for both hirers and visitors. In addition to staged performances by professional artistes, such as the Philharmonic Orchestra, the complex offer a range of rooms suitable for public meetings and private functions.

Carers Allowance Unit, Department for Work and Pensions, Preston
The Carers Allowance unit is an agency of the Department for Work and Pensions and provides advice about benefits available to Carers, and is responsible for the processing of claims.

Central Networks
Central Networks, part of E.ON, one of the world's largest power and gas companies, distributes electricity to over 4.9 million customers across central England. Central Networks employ over 2,500 people at its offices at Castle Donnington, Tipton and seven delivery centres across the region. The contact centre receives emergency calls, general enquiries and MPAS (Meter Point Administration Services) lines. Staff also have face-to-face contact on pre-arranged visits, community events and in customer support vehicles attending incidents.

National Pension Centre
Part of the Department of Work and Pensions, and has been set up to improve the service people receive if you are a pensioner or planning retirement. The Pension Centre has a network of local offices and provides advice and information on pension related issues.

Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council – Council Tax Offices
Provides advice relating to Council Tax benefits, charges, valuation bands and general payment advice. It also collects on behalf of Wigan MBC and provides advice about Council Tax benefits, charges, valuation bands and general payment advice.

Sheltered Housing Service, Leicester City Council
Leicester City Council Sheltered Housing Service manages 14 sheltered housing schemes across the city, enabling people to live as independently as possible, whilst also receiving the help and support they need in a familiar and friendly community setting.

Pension Centres: Cwmbran, Leicester, London, Motherwell and Warrington
Local offices of the Department for Work and Pensions that provide advice to members of the public over the age of 60 with retirement pensions, pension credit, attendance allowance and disability living allowance. Appointments can be made for home visits if required and staff help with form filling and enquiries for further information from other benefit agencies.
Wembley Disability Benefit Centre
Wembley Disability Benefit Centre (DBC) provide an outreach service, covering the Sutton and Wembley areas, to customer representative organisations and other DWP agencies to increase awareness of DCS services and establish communication links. Members of staff from Wembley DBC attend local and national forums on behalf of customers and organisations and represent the Disability and Carers Service at Appeal Tribunals for customers in the Wembley and Sutton areas.
Wembley DBC also processes new claims for Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance for disabled people and carers in the Wembley areas. Wembley DBC Customer Service Team is responsible for dealing with customer feedback, compliments, recommendations about Wembley DBC service and complaints.
