Textphone training
be aware of "etiquette" and good practice during textphone calls
RNID can help you by teaching your staff how to use textphone systems to communicate with deaf and hard of hearing people.
We offer training for anyone who may have to use a textphone system, this includes training with a Minicom.
Aims of this course
At the end of this course you will:
- be able to make and receive calls on a textphone
- understand common abbreviations used during calls
- be aware of "etiquette" and good practice during textphone calls.
