Our Information Line is a great place to start if you want information on any aspects of deafness, hearing loss or tinnitus, or about the work we do.
Who we are
We have a dedicated team of trained Information Officers offering free confidential and impartial information on a number of subjects including hearing aids, equipment, tinnitus, communication, employment, legislation and benefits.

We also provide a lot of relevant information on this website, including our factsheets and leaflets, so you may wish to print out the information you need.

We want to make sure you are receiving a high standard of customer service. So our supervisors sometimes listen in to Information Line calls for training purposes. All our Information Line staff work within our confidentiality policy. If you are not happy for a supervisor to listen in to your call, please let the Information Line staff know when you phone us.
