Our Information Line is a great place to start if you want information on any aspects of deafness, hearing loss or tinnitus, or about the work we do.

We have a dedicated team of trained Information Officers offering free confidential and impartial information on a number of subjects including hearing aids, equipment, tinnitus, communication, employment, legislation and benefits.

We also provide a lot of relevant information on this website, including our factsheets and leaflets, so you may wish to print out the information you need.
