Campaign with us and make a difference

Join us in campaigning to bring about improvements for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Whether you are frustrated at the lack of lipreading classes, know someone who needs to check their hearing or would like to help spread the word about safe listening to music, then get involved. There are lots of quick and easy things you can do, from writing to your MP to joining us at events.

Deaf Awareness Week

From 28 June - 4 July RNID, along with many Deaf and Hard of Hearing organisations, are working together to help make the public more Deaf Aware. Find out what we are doing and what you can do to get involved.

Our campaigns

Find out more about our current activities including our campaign for better access to lipreading classes, our work to check the hearing of 1 million people during 2009 and our Don't Lose the Music campaign.

Get involved

We are here to raise awareness and challenge attitudes about deafness - but we can only do this with your help. So why not join the Campaigns Network and get involved?

As part of the Campaigns Network, we'll send you monthly emails about our latest campaign news and tell you things you can do to help.

To sign up, log in or register at "My Account". When you have an account, you can edit the Campaigns Network settings to tell us that you want to receive our monthly email. Your account page gives you complete control over which emails you get from us.
