Fed up with induction loops that don't work?
According to the stories that you sent to us last month, it is clear that shops and services still have lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing loop systems that work well. Join our campaign to get a better service for deaf and hard of hearing people.
Take action! We've produced a special induction loop complaint card. When you have a problem with a loop, give one of the complaint cards to the staff member and ask them to pass it to the manager. The card lets them know that their loop system is not working properly.
