Take in some of the most famous sights of the capital by swimming, biking and running across London. Not only will this be a great personal achievement, but you'll be making a difference to the lives of people who are deaf or hard of hearing across the UK.

Whether you choose to do it all by yourself, or in a team of three doing a leg each, it will be an incredible experience.

"I was so pleased to be offered a place to compete in my first London Triathlon. I so much enjoyed competing in the event and the camaraderie was fabulous and the support from RNID was really quite magnificent. Cheers and support all the way. Thank you.
The reason I was so proud to raise sponsorship for RNID was as a direct result of a colleague of mine at work who works hard for them. With members of her family profoundly deaf I asked her why she was learning sign language.
She attended regular classes and said she wanted to experience what deaf people have to cope with and realised that sign language was a very rewarding and social communative opportunity which she now continues as an interest as much as a means just to communicative. I felt so proud of her that I thought, well that is good enough reason for me to want to raise funds for RNID, a really worthy charity.
I was also so pleased to break my personal best of 33.7mph on the Olympic cycle run on the Sunday morning. My overall time was 2 hours 1 minute 23 seconds compared to my fastest 1 hour 51 mins. At 56 years old though I must concede that this is a 20-30 year old sport and not for the faint hearted.
I did say to my wife when we first arrived and saw the 13,500 competitors super lean, keen and fit but above all very young... what the heck am I doing here!!!! but it was great fun and wouldn't have missed it for the world.
Good luck RNID, good team effort !!!"
