Getting started

Through an organisation called MissionFish, it’s easy to donate through eBay:

  1. Sign into your eBay account and click "sell" to list an item
  2. In the "Pricing and Duration" section of the Sell Your Item form, choose "Donate a percentage of sale to charity"  
  3. Find RNID in the directory. If this is the first time you’ve donated through eBay you’ll need to register with MissionFish before you finish. 
  4. Choose how much of your final sale price you would like to donate. There is a £2 minimum. 
  5. Review your item listing and submit as usual. 
  6. When your item is sold, you can login to MissionFish to make your donation straight away or MissionFish will collect it after a week.
  7. MissionFish send your donation, plus a donation from eBay, to us.

You control what you give

You can donate from 10 percent to 100 percent of the final sale price from anything you sell. If your item sells, eBay will double your donation with no extra cost to you. 

You can also Gift Aid your donation; eBay will reclaim the tax for you and forward it on to us.
