GfK are a market research company who carry out mystery travelling surveys across the London Transport Network. They are currently undertaking accessibility research on behalf of Transport for London to determine the barriers faced by people using their services, including people who are deaf or hard of hearing. They have invited RNID members to get involved.

As a follow up to our TV Access Survey, completed in January 2009, we conducted another, more detailed survey in November 2009, "What Do You think of Subtitles on TV?" We did this in partnership with Roehampton University as our contribution to the EU-funded, Digital TV for All project.
