1 in 7 Mail is our bi-monthly membership email, sent out a few weeks before each One in Seven.

The email is sent to members only, and gives you a sneak preview of what's coming up in the magazine, plus other exclusive news and information that we think will interest you. You can reply to the email and give us your thoughts, comments and feedback. It's a fantastic way to speak directly to your membership team, and influence our services and One in Seven.

How do I get 1 in 7 Mail?

New members will automatically receive the next membership email. Just remember to provide your email address when you complete your joining form, and tick the box to give us permission to email you.

How do current members sign up?

Email your membership number to membership@rnid.org.uk with the subject line 'Member subscribe'.

Remember – your membership number can be found on the address sheet that comes with every One in Seven. Please call 0845 634 0679 (tel/textphone) or email membership@rnid.org.uk if you require assistance.
