The latest One in Seven features an interview with TV presenter Bob Holness, advice on how to survive Christmas with tinnitus, a review on the products that help you listen to music on the move and much more.

TV presenter Bob Holness is most known and loved for the quiz show Blockbusters, which was broadcast at tea-time every weekday for a decade. The easy-going style of 77-year-old Bob made it a success. But since leaving television, Bob has faced his own challenge: hearing loss, he says "I first noticed it was going nine years ago. In company, I was having real problems. If I wanted to talk to somebody further up the dinner table I found it difficult. But I was a bit reluctant to get help."
Christmas shopping, family events, parties – many people feel the festive period is one of the most stressful times of the year. The link between tinnitus and stress has long been proven, with many people finding their tinnitus fluctuating in volume, pitch and sound according to personal stress and anxiety. Our One in Seven article gives you tips on how to reduce the stress and enjoy your Christmas.
