The position

The main purpose of this role is to assist the RNID NI
information team in the provision of information on deafness, hearing loss and tinnitus to the general public and professionals throughout N Ireland.

The role could include speaking to a variety of audiences, running information “surgeries”, distributing leaflets to health professionals, and attending exhibitions and events in Northern Ireland. You will need to be reliable and be prepared to travel within the Country to work in a variety of locations. Training will be provided.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

You should be able to communicate with a wide variety of people, with an understanding or willingness to learn of the issues facing deaf and hard of hearing people.
