News of our research into user needs

We surveyed people with tinnitus, their partners and hearing therapists in different locations around the UK. In addition to the face-to-face interviews, we sent out postal questionnaires.

One of our findings was that those who had been aware of having tinnitus for more than two years typically had less need, or desire, for tinnitus relaxing products.
