Rights and duties
This section gives more information about the rights and entitlements due to people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The Disability Discrimination Act and the Disability Equality Duty give rights to access and equality of opportunity to people defined as disabled, whether as employees or a customers. You may also be entitled to benefits and services.
