Employers and trade organisations

Employers and trade organisations have a duty to use a British Sign Language(BSL)/English interpreter if it means that a Deaf employee is placed at a substantial disadvantage compared with nondisabled people, caused by an arrangement made by or on behalf of the employer or the trade organisation.
