Portable flashing door chime

Suitable for up to profound hearing loss [opens in a new browser window]
Door chime with receiver

The unit can be set to flash, chime or flash and chime together. The flash acts as a support to the amplified ringer as it is not really bright enough to grab your attention unless you are looking somewhere near it, but it's still useful to have. It has a choice of 10 chime melodies and the volume is adjustable.

The receiver can be taken anywhere in the home or garden up to 100m away from the bell push, depending on obstructions (walls etc). You can also wall mount it if you would prefer to keep it in a fixed location.

The unit is battery operated and the bell push can be fixed to the outside of the doorframe.

What our experts say

This doorbell is good value for money and a great choice for people with a mild or moderate hearing loss. The flashing light is not bright enough the illuminate the room so you're unlikely to see it if you're not looking in its general direction, therefore this is not the best doorbell for profoundly deaf people.
