You can hear sounds through the transmitter microphone and the receiver microphone and balance the sound between them. This means you can clearly listen to someone far away and someone next to you at the same time. You can even remotely control the settings on the transmitter with the receiver.

You can also adjust the bass and treble and balance the sound between your left and right ears to suit your hearing loss.

The system comes with a separate external microphone which when plugged into the transmitter, can clip to clothing and can fasten next to a TV speaker. There is also a separate connection lead for use with your TV, stereo or MP3 player, as well as a travel case, a USB charger, four different adaptors for use all over the world, a lanyard and a beltclip.
