The Dallas 10 has good handset amplification and incoming speech sounds clear, both with and without a hearing aid. It is hearing aid compatible so if you have a T setting on your hearing aid you can set the hearing aid to T and this cuts out all background noise making it easier to hear the phone call.
This phone also enables you to amplify your own voice, which is useful if you are softly spoken.
There's a loud ringer with four small, red flashing lights to indicate an incoming call.
There are four speed-dial buttons that make it quick and easy to ring your most commonly called contacts.

This phone offers excellent amplification and sound quality for its price. The lack of tone control could be an issue for some people if the phone's default setting doesn't suit their particular hearing loss. All-in-all it's a good value entry level option for someone that wants a simple phone.
